Water Conservation
Desilting and recharge-pit digging at a local johad, talab or baori.
In a desert state, cleanliness that ignores water is only half the job. This month's action targets a specific local water body — desilting it and digging recharge pits — and depth is measured before and after, so the claim of "restored" has a number behind it.
What this ties back to
Every monthly theme sits inside one of the three pillars — here's what that pillar counts, and doesn't.
