Vision & Mission

What we are trying to build

Not a slogan — a standard we intend to be measured against.

Our mission

To organise ordinary people, panchayat by panchayat, around one clear task each month — so that a village in Barmer and a colony in Kota are working on the same thing, on the same day, for the same reason.

Our vision

A Rajasthan where cleanliness includes water, where integrity is demonstrated before it is demanded, and where a young person can learn a trade close to home — starting in Bharatpur and Deeg, and growing only as fast as the work itself is real.

How we hold ourselves to it

We count what we claim

Every number on this site traces to a dated record. If we haven't done something yet, the page says so.

We publish our gaps

A monthly roll-up includes what fell short, not only what went well. That is what makes the rest believable.

Local names, not one face

Every panchayat team has its own named organiser. This movement is not one person's platform.

We start with ourselves

Before we ask anyone else for honesty, our own organisers and our own method are the first things made public.

Where this comes from

This movement did not start with a market study or a donor brief. It started with a business group that has worked in Bharatpur for years noticing the same gap everywhere it looked — cleanliness efforts without water thinking, integrity campaigns without self-scrutiny, skilling promises without a single trainer hired. Public Commander Force is an attempt to close that gap honestly, in public, starting with two districts rather than claiming forty-one.

What we've deliberately chosen not to do

No borrowed framework

We didn't copy an SDG scorecard or a donor template. A farmer in Barmer doesn't need our goals to sound like someone else's.

No party, no candidate

We will never register as a party, field a candidate, or take money from one. The model asks voters to judge candidates; it puts none of its own on the ballot.

No number we can't trace

If a figure can't be traced to a dated record, it doesn't go on this website — not even to look more impressive on day one.

No promise ahead of capacity

We'd rather say 'not yet' in plain language than announce a programme we can't actually deliver.

Start today

Put your name behind the movement

Name, mobile number, district and panchayat — that's all we need. We'll take it from there.
