Registration & legal status
What this movement is, on paper
The question a journalist, a donor or a panchayat official asks third — after what it does and who runs it. Here is the honest answer, including the part that is not settled.
Current status
There is no registration number to publish yet
Public Commander Force operates today as an unincorporated citizens' movement. It is not registered as a trust, a society or a Section 8 company, it holds no 12A or 80G certificate, and it does not present itself as any of those things anywhere on this site. When that changes, the number, the date, the registering authority and the certificate itself go on this page first — before anyone has to quote it back to us.
What we can state today, without a certificate
It is not a political party, is not affiliated with one, and fields no candidates.
Every organiser works under their own name and is answerable under it.
Its running costs are met privately, and what it spends in the field is published line by line in the public ledger.
It has no independent board, standing committee or appeals panel — the founder and the named organisers enforce its policies, and nothing more elaborate than that exists yet.
Why publish a page with no number on it
Because the alternative is a page that quietly does not exist — and a visitor who goes looking for it and finds nothing draws the worse conclusion. An organisation that will not say where it stands legally is asking for a trust it has not earned. This is where it stands.
