Village pledge ceremonies begin; every panchayat team's organiser is published by name.
Two things happen the same month, deliberately: villagers take the integrity pledge in public ceremonies, and the movement publishes the name of the organiser answerable for every active panchayat team. We don't ask for a standard we haven't met ourselves.
