Nothing is published here yet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Here's exactly what will appear, and when.
What a roll-up will contain
Every panchayat team's five-field record for the month, aggregated by district — what was attempted, what was achieved, and which panchayats did not complete the task, with the reason if one was given.
When it publishes
On the 1st of every month, for the month just finished — the same fixed rhythm as the theme announcement itself. No roll-up, no exceptions, is the standard we're holding ourselves to.
The first one
The first monthly theme is Clean Panchayat. Its roll-up publishes on the 1st of the following month — the very first entry in what will become a running public record.
