Built directly on Month 5's survey results, the first real batch opens in the trade with the strongest demand near an active panchayat. Enrolment is public, and so is the batch size — no inflated numbers to make the launch look bigger.
Who it's for
Any registered member or volunteer in a panchayat that has a team. No prior experience or equipment is required unless the panchayat organiser states otherwise.
How it's organised
A named panchayat organiser sets the site and time, shares it locally, and logs the outcome the same day — photographs, headcount, and what was achieved.
